Through our collaboration with the University of Lausanne and its Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in International Business Disputes (CAS IBD) programme, participants who enrol in the DDRS Diploma with ADR ODR International will also have the opportunity to earn credits towards the Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) from the University of Lausanne. The study plan has been carefully aligned to ensure that key components of the DDRS Diploma, such as International Arbitration, Mediation, and Negotiation, contribute directly to the CAS IBD requirements. This means that by completing the DDRS Diploma, participants not only gain the skills and certifications offered by ADR ODR International but also make significant progress towards earning the prestigious CAS in International Business Disputes from the University of Lausanne.

This recognition is significant as it allows all graduates of our DDRS Diploma to receive a CAS IBD and also to upgrade the CAS IBD towards the LLM in Dispute Resolution (if LLM requirements are met) with up to 25% credit towards the LLM.

This unique dual-credit system provides a streamlined path for professionals seeking to enhance their qualifications in both digital and international dispute resolution. Successful completion of the CAS and/or DDRS Diploma will also count as credits towards the LLM at Lausanne.
