How DDRS Works

The Journey to your DDRS Diploma

DDRS Diploma

STAGE 1

A Qualified Lawyer:


A graduate/qualified lawyer in a recognised jurisdiction. You have been through the professional examinations.

DDRS Diploma

STAGE 2

Accredited Mediator:

ADR ODR International accredited Civil/Commercial Mediator or equivalent.


Certified Negotiator:

ADR ODR International Executive Negotiation and Conflict Management Skills Course  or equivalent.


Associate Arbitrator:

ADR ODR international’s International Arbitration course Module 1 or equivalent.


*The qualifications in Stage 2, may be completed in any preferred order. However, they must all be completed.

STAGES 3

ODR:


ADR ODR International Online Dispute Resolution Specialist. This course can only be completed once the Mediation Course has been completed.

STAGE 4

Extended Supervised Paper:


Delegates are required to submit a 5000-word supervised paper on a selected topic of their choice, which is relevant to the notion of the DDRS. Delegates will be supervised by a senior member/academic of the DDRS Panel.
