EXPERTISE
Holding a Ph.D. in Civil Procedural Law from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and an LL.M. from Columbia Law School, I have a rich academic background in international procedural law, international commercial contracts and international commercial arbitration, successfully applying it in practice both at litigation and consultation level, as well as through the implementation of ADR processes. The areas of my expertise are mainly contract law, family law, commercial law, procedural law (including enforcement of local and foreign judgments) and IT law. I am also an accredited mediator, a certified negotiator and a certified Data Protection Officer (DPO).
EXPERIENCE
Practicing as a lawyer since 2005 and being a partner at the “ALPHA LAW” law firm in Thessaloniki since 2015, I have extensive experience in resolving complex disputes through litigation and ADR methods. Landmarks in my career are my studies on arbitration in the USA, my internship at the New York Federal Courts (2009) and my accreditation as mediator. I also have ample experience in negotiations, having mastered my skills through the completion of the “Harvard Negotiation Master Class” (Harvard Law School, PON) and of the “Executive Negotiation and Conflict Management Skills Course” (ADR ODR Int., School of Negotiation) in 2019.
