Ioanna is a Greek leading female lawyer practicing for 32 years. Her sole mission is to offer her clients the optimum and most comprehensive legal advice.
She, with her team, handle law matters and disputes from their inception and settlement negotiations, up to mediation and full court hearings in the Athens’ Supreme Court.
A significant landmark of her academic studies, stands the seminar she attended, titled: “ Litigating EU Law in 2019 and 2020” held by ERA Academy of European Law and the relevant training at the CJEU (Court of Justice in Luxembourg).
As a mediator, she has already mediated a significant number of disputes, supporting the parties to arrive to a final solution.
She has also serviced as a judge in mediation competitions.
She has organized the unique and innovative Hellenic Fashion Law and Business Conference, for three sequential years, concerning the IP rights of the fashion designers, photographers, fashion influencers and on the alternative dispute resolution option of Mediation for the disputes of this niche market, as well as issues on e-shops, commercial contracts, legal marketing. The conference was held all these years, under the auspice of the Greek Organization of Industrial Property and the Hellenic Organization of the Intellectual Property.
