Kim is a non-practicing Barrister in England and Wales. She is an accredited Mediator and Trainer. She specialises in facilitative, online Mediation in Civil/Commercial disputes.
EXPERIENCE
Kim gained experience in Civil/Commercial Disputes with particular focus on Online Mediations. She has been invited to speak about virtual hearings both relating to mediations and arbitrations at various events.
Kim has been a judge, coach and mediator at many international Mediation and Negotiation Competitions.
She has trained hundreds of mediators online and in-person in multiple countries around the world including for example the U.K., Pakistan, Bangladesh and Switzerland.
Kim is the CEO and Founder of KVK73 GmbH. A fashion jewellery and accessories company. She has been working in the jewellery industry for more than 10 years.
MEMBERSHIP
Kim is a member of the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn. She is a CMC UK, SIMI and ADR ODR International Mediation Panel Member. Kim is also a YMI Mediator and a Young ICCA Member. She is also a Rotarian. She is a member of the London Rotary Passport Club (Club President 2023/2024).
