Rahim is the Co-founder of the Dubai school of Negotiation and Conflict Management and a graduate of the Harvard Master Class on Negotiation.

Rahim has been mediating since 2005 and has mediated over 1500 cases online and in person. Rahim is purist and strongly believes that dialogue has a place in all conflicts. Rahim created ADR ODR International which now had 40 plus locations in the world out of strong need to ensure the next generation dispute resolution professional had an organization that was forward thinking and best places to manage the challenges of digital disruption. Rahim has travelled to over 40 countries as a mediator, trainer, government and corporate dispute resolution advisor.
